Sahaja yoga meditation, mental silence and brain activity

Dr Manocha discusses the promising findings of a study which used EEG to analyse the brain activity of sahaja yoga meditators while they were in the mental silence state – “Aftanas et al. (2001) has shown that the practice of SYM, and the experience of meditation, is strongly reflected in both brain electrophysiology and mood.”
